Bow down your heads before God.
Enlight our minds, we beseech Thee, O Lord,
with the light of Thy brightness:
that we may be able to see what we ought to do,
and have strength to do what is right.
Through our Lord Jesus Christ, Thy Son,
Who liveth and reigneth with Thee
in the unity of the Holy Ghost,
One God world without end.
