You renewed the life of solitude
and prayer in Your Church.
By our self-denial
as we follow Christ
bring us the joy of heaven.
We ask this through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son,
Who lives and reigns with you
and the Holy Spirit,
one God, for ever and ever.
