Dear children of the Lord Jesus,

During the past month, the Catholic Doors Ministry has offered its visitors a beautiful variety of spiritual material regarding the living Church. The most touching was the new webpage that has links to 120 webpages that prove the Real Presence of the Lord Jesus in the Holy Eucharist. On each of these webpages, you will read true events of how during the past 2,000 years, the Presence of Jesus was denied by believers and non-believers, the Holy Eucharist was abused, stolen, thrown alongside the road, and so on. See the link below for more information. I strongly recommend that you read some of the writings on the miracles of the Eucharist.

While many Catholics are familiar with the Brown Scapular, they have never heard of the Green Scapular. Below you will find a link to a webpage that will teach you about the origion of this Marian Scapular.

If you want a greater understanding of All Saints' Day or All Souls' day that will be celebrated on the first two days of November, follow the links below to their appropriate webpage.

During the past few years, some Catholics have come under the impression that the Catholic Church recognizes what is called the "oil of gladness." Recently, the Vatican has condemned this practice, reaffirming that there are only three blessed oils in the Roman Ritual. (See the link below)

It has also come to my attention that most Catholics refer to the Rosary when praying 5 decades. Such is not a Rosary, but rather a Chaplet. A Rosary consists of 15 or 20 decades, depending if it was made prior to when the five "Mysteries of Light" were added in 2002. The words "Chaplet" and "Rosary" are explained under "Frequently Asked Questions."

Finally, many have never heard of the Catholic title "Prince of the Church." Did you know that the Catholic Church has many Princes? Look under "Frequently Asked Questions" for an understanding of this title.

I hope that many shall appreciate the variety of subjects that were added to the website during the past month. If you were to read only one subject per day, after one year, having gained knowledge of 365 subjects, you will be blessed with a great insight on the Catholic faith.

In closing, I ask you all to remember during your daily prayers all those who are being affected by the present financial crisis that has befallen most countries around the world. So many have written, indicating that they have lost their jobs and/or their homes. They need prayers for the grace of God to support them in their faith during these moments of extreme hardship. Satan seeks such an opportunity to destroy the faith of the believers. Please pray for them!

May the grace of God always shine on all of you as you continue to do goods works that reflect the love of Jesus.
