Dear friends in Jesus,
Seasons Greetings to all the members (those on the membership list) and visitors of the Catholic Doors Ministry. With the closing of the month of November, we have entered Advent in preparation for the coming of the Christmas Season. The Advent Season opens the door to a new Liturgical Year. We have now entered Cycle B of the new Liturgical Calendar. More information and links are provided below on this matter.
With the approaching of Christmas, it is time to prepare ourselves to receive the Sacrament of Confession in order to ensure that our souls shall be cleansed for the reception of the Sacrament of the Holy Eucharist at the Christmas Mass and/or on Christmas Day. Most parishes make the Sacrament of Confession available early during the month because the priests are very busy during the Christmas Season. Please check with your local parish to find out when the Sacrament of Confession will be available in your area.
As of November, 2005, the Catholic Doors Ministry has processed over 1,000 registered Bible courses. The students came from the following countries, Australia, Canada, Guam, Iceland, Indonesia, Malaysia,Namibia (Africa), Philippines, Singapore, and the United States. Who would have believed seven years ago that the Catholic Doors Ministry would have reached some of the aforementioned countries? No one around here!
May I take this opportunity to wish you all the very best during the Christmas Season. And may your souls be spiritually enriched for the glory of the Lord.
May God bless you all, now and forever.
In the love of the two Hearts,
Jonn,
webmaster.
