CATHOLIC DOORS MINISTRY
presents

April, 2001 Monthly Newsletters
(Issue # 12)
Dear brothers and sisters in Christ,

With the approach of Easter in early April, the Catholic Doors Ministry received a sudden rush of visitors from over 80 countries. So busy was the website that in the period of 3 days, it received between 1,250 and 1,300 visitors daily. That is approximately 1 visitor per minutes on a 24 hours basis.

The daily logs of the Catholic Doors Ministry clearly reflected a tremendous amount of Christian love for Jesus during the first half of the month. Some of the most popular webpages were the "Examination of Conscience" in preparation for the Sacrament of Confession. Then, there was the Way of the Cross and a large variety of Novenas and Prayers.

Celebrating the glorious Resurrection of Our Lord Jesus, hundreds and hundreds of visitors from all over the world sent free Easter Postcards, sharing with others the blessed hope of eternal life, salvation and the final resurrection of the bodies at the end of the world. Many took this opportunity to congratulate the new converts who were receiving the Sacraments of Baptism, Confirmation and the Holy Eucharist. There are no words to express the joy that is felt from seeing such a tremendous amount of God's grace at work in every corner of the world. Through the modern technology of the Internet, no matter how stretched out the Holy Catholic Church is in many countries, its fruits can be perceived in statistics of a computer in a distant room. Praise be God for making His work known to us!

With the arrival of the warm weather in many countries, some of you will take this opportunity to travel, to go the beach, to go camp in the wilderness, etc... I pray that in these moments of joy, you will all be careful while remembering the Lord Jesus in your lives on a daily basis. May the Lord Jesus bless you all and keep you near His Sacred Heart.

Yours in the love of Jesus and Mary,

Father Maurice Levesque
