A. 1. "Adoration in the Tabernacle" is one form of adoration of the Real Presence of Jesus in the Eucharist. It is considered a private exposition whereas the Tabernacle door is opened and the ciborium that contains consecrated Hosts is brought forward.

The duration of this form of Adoration varies depending on the situation. Any good cause is reason for private adoration. This form of adoration is classified as "Private Adoration."
