Q. 1. Can our parish use a decorative basket for the distribution of the Holy Communion during Mass?

A. 1. The vessels for the distribution of the Consecrated Hosts must be "noble, durable and sacred". Baskets are not appropriate to carry to Real Presence of Christ in the Holy Eucharist. (ID 16)
