Q. I tried to download some of your cursors but my browsers just tries to Open them - they never offer a "Save" window.

A. Based on the description of your problem, it appears that you are not using the exact command 'SAVE TARGET AS' on the page where you are supposed to use it. Using the Internet Explorer program, click the right button of your mouse. A window will appear. Click on 'SAVE TARGET AS.' (Nothing else will work) A window will appear, asking you where do you want to save the cursor file. Place it where you will be able to retrieve it. We recommend the 'cursors' sub-directory of the 'windows' directory. This should solve your problem.
