A. 1. The "Cruet drainer is used to drain the cruets after they have been washed. Most of them are a steel tray that features six posts for draining the cruets without trapping any moisture inside. Some sacristans view this item as a perfect way of safely drying the cruets.

It has been noticed that some Church suppliers are now discontinuing this item. This leaves the impression that the Churches are no longer purchasing this item as a useful accessory to the Sacristy. It may become a thing of the past.
