Q. 1. What is an "Altar candelabra?"

A. 1. The Altar candelabra is a multiple candle holder that sits on the Altar at the Church. It can be a Three-Light or a Seven-Light Candelabra. The number of Lights (candles) depends on the Church regulations associated with the purpose of its usage.

Some Candelabra have adjustible arms so they can be moved into any position.

The socket is usually 3 7/8 inches diameter.

The average Candelabra is about 18 inches high and has a 5 inch diameter base.

They can be of a high polish finish in solid brass, gold or silver color.
