Into Your hands, O Lord, we humbly entrust (Name).
In this life, You embraced him/her with Your tender love;
deliver him/ner now from every evil
and bid him/her enter eternal rest.

The old order has passed away
because You gave us Your only Son as our Redeemer.
Through the Passion, Death and Resurrection of Jesus Christ,
welcome him/her into paradise,
where there will be no sorrow,
no weeping nor pain,
but the fullness of peace and joy with Your Son
and the Holy Spirit forever and ever.
