O Mary, conceived without sin,
pray for us who have recourse to Thee!
O Refuge of sinners,
Mother of those in agony,
do not let us be abandoned in the hour of our death;
but obtain for us, then,
a perfect sorrow,
a sincere contrition,
and the remission of our sins,
the grace to receive worthily the Holy Viaticum
and to be strengthened by the Last Rites,
so that we may be presented with every assurance of mercy,
before the throne of the most just Judge,
Our God and Redeemer.
