Q. 1. Was Russia ever consecrated to the Immaculate Heart of Mary?

A. Yes, it was.

Q. 2. This is confusing. Some say that it was while others say that it was not. Why this confusion?

A. Those who have a spiritual mind can perceive the truth in accordance with God's Divine Plan. Those of a worldly mind, they have their own agenda as to how or when the Consecration of Russia should have been done to the Immaculate Heart of Mary. As such, they reject the truth.

Q. 3. When was the Consecration done?

A. It was done on March 25, 1984.

Q. 4. What makes the Consecration of 1984 any different than those of 1942, 1967 and 1982?

A. In a letter addressed to Sr. Mary of Bethlehem by Sr. Lucia Santos, the seer of Fatima, Sr. Lucia clearly states that the Consecrations of 1942, 1967 and 1982 were not made in union with all the bishops of the world. But, the Consecration of March 25, 1984 that was made with the bishops who wanted to unite with His Holiness John Paul II, was made as Our Lady had requested.

Q. 5. What assurance do I have that this is an authentic letter?

A. Father Robert J Fox, a world renown Catholic writer, wrote to Sr. Lucia Santos to inquire about the validity of the Consecration to the Immaculate Heart of Mary. He asked,

"If the Consecration made by Pope John Paul II on March, 25, 1984 in union with all the bishops of the world, accomplished the conditions for the Consecration of Russia according to the request of Our Lady in Tuy on June 13 of 1929?"

On July 3, 1990, St. Lucia responded to Father Robert J Fox by saying,

"Yes, it was accomplished, and since then I have said that it was made."

"And I say that no other person responds for me, it is I who receive and open all letters and respond to them."

Q. 6. In the previous answer, why did Sister Lucia emphasize that it is her who receives, opens and responds to all her letters?

A. There are some who claim that Sister Lucia does not personally receive, open or respond to her letters. To discredit the truth, they:

1. Allege that others answer Sr. Lucia's letters. Any claim made that Sr. Lucia does not answer her own letters are false claims.

2. They conclude that since Sr. Lucia does not answer her letters, those who do so for her, say that Russia was properly consecrated as Our Lady of Fatima had requested.

By emphasizing that she personally answers her letters, Sr. Lucia discredits those who seek to distort the truth.

Q. 7. Is there any heavenly sign that supports that the Consecration of Russia was made and accepted according to the request of Our Lady of Fatima?

A. You may consider the following as a heavenly sign. In March, 1985, one year after the Consecration of March, 1984, President Chernenko died. Mikhial Gorbachev became the new President of Russia. He passed the rights to freedom of the press and freedom of religion. Resulting from this, communism fell. Fifteen republics were freed from communism, this putting an end to the Warsaw Pact. Shortly after, the Berlin wall came down.

It should also be noted that the Consecration of March 25, 1984, was exactly 100 years to the day when Pope Leo XIII had a vision that Satan was granted 100 years to try and destroy the Catholic Church.

Shortly after the Consecration of 1984, on May 13, the Feast of Fatima, an unexplained explosion in Severomorski destroyed 80% of Russia's missiles. On December 13 of the same year, another unexplained explosion destroyed Russia's largest ammunition base in Siberia. This was the end of Russia as a superpower.

For those who believe in the intervention of Our Lady of Fatima, no other proof is necessary. For those who do not believe, no matter what proof is placed before them, they still will not believe.
